Personal Background

CFS Homes, LLC was founded by Charles Soucek. Charles lives in Anderson Township with his wife who is a school teacher and their three daughters. He is a graduate of Purcell High School and Xavier University where he earned a degree in Advertising and Public Relations. Previous to founding CFS Homes, LLC, Charles worked in the construction field for 15 years as a supervisor, estimator, and purchasing manager for other builders in the area.

Philosophy

The philosophy of CFS Homes, LLC is to build homes of the highest quality and attention to detail. We treat each home as though we were building it for ourselves. We spend our time onsite for each home that is built. More often than not, if you stop by a house built by CFS Homes, LLC you will see the builder there.
